Professional Philosophy I am one of the lucky ones I can truly say I love my job. As I begin my 22nd year in Real Estate many things have changed since first starting out, but my goal has remained the same. The golden rule says treat people the way you would like to be treated this is my personal and professional philosophy, of course this is nothing new or revolutionary whether it's in today's fast paced Bay Area lifestyle or the gone bye era of agreeing on a handshake The Principle Of Ethics remains the same. I often tell people as a Realtor I wear a lot of different hats, and what do I mean when I say this? What will my monthly payments be? How much will my taxes be? Should we paint the house prior to putting it on the market? Should we have a home inspection? Do you have a good mover? I don't want to get in over my head. This is just a short sample of the hundreds of questions and concerns I have addressed over the years. The process of buying and selling encompasses many details and decisions whether it be financing, marketing plan, or offering price. The list of these details and decisions goes on and on.
